Changes or Cancellations

Wine club members wishing to cancel their membership can do so after having received two shipments.  Please send an email to info@chateaumargene.com and we will reply back to you confirming your cancellation. 

Any changes to your membership and all cancellations must be done by March 1st for the Spring shipment and October 1st for the Fall shipment.  Members cancelling after these dates are subject to a 25% re-stocking charge, due to merchant service, administrative and shipping and handling fees.  Shipments requiring re-shipments, due to incorrect address information or shipments returned to the winery, will be charged for the wine to be re-shipped.
