Learn the viticulture and winemaking steps with Michael at our boutique winery where quality is always at the forefront.  See our gravity flow grape processing system which delivers the grapes directly to our 1-ton open top fermenters.  All lots are hand picked, hand sorted and punched down by hand prior to being transferred to our French oak barrels.  Wines are blended into your glass straight from the barrels so you can experience first hand how each element adds depth and complexity to the final blend.
